after appointing a new sales manager, slowly, i keep my distance from my sales team. not that i'm not supporting them...i wanna watch them grow...from far...minimize my appearance so that i can measure their performance and talent... today...it's a blow as one of our clients..basuh i cukup-cukup...he trusted me to do the campaign...he expected my sales team to do a miracle job..like i always push myself to do...he said he wanna work with me....not the company...not with the sales team....that was harsh...but i think he was sick of "i'll get back to you" statement....it's a tiring situation while listened to him....and this time...even it's hard...i made a promise that i'll personally take up the task... now...later in the evening i'm gonna have a meeting with my sales team...get them back on track...make them aware..even i'm not there......i'm aware of everything....how can i train people to be like me...not expecting 100%..even 70% is good enough...please..please god...let them get it fast....i just don't wanna spend too much time...i had enough...i wanna move on...and do something else....a lot of cathin' up...in term of strategies...speed of delivery...prompt feedback... i just wish i cud cuddle up with my books...less working time...xtra time with deni & amir...focus on the spa business...coming up with good health products....god..so much for so little time...i wud be happy if i have twenty four seven to manage all....
